- Description:
- The teaching seminar is how the Mathematics Department makes sure that
every teaching assistant who goes in front of a class is prepared.
In the teaching seminar, you can expect to do the following:
- Give lectures and presentations to the class.
- Listen to feedback on your teaching.
- Watch lectures and presentations given by others.
- Provide feedback to others.
- Go listen to lectures and critique the lecture.
- Discuss ideas about teaching.
- Actively work to become the best teacher you can be!
